We have simplified the pricing of Tray Selector and now offer a simple SaaS subscription model which includes all updates and support while subscribed. Please contact contact us for more details. We have also imposed a minimum 10 users per license as the overhead of supporting small numbers of users is too great.

Please fill out the form below providing the name for your license key, your contact email where the license and billing infomation will be sent, the country/region you are in and the number of users you have. You will then be sent your licnese key and an invoice with an online payment like to pay via Stripe. Once paid your license key will automatically be enabled.

If you already have a license key and wish to renew or increase the number of users please Contact Us. Please do not fill out the form below if you already have a license key.

Please fill in the form below to create a new subscription. Once we receive the form we will create and email you a license key as well as an invoice for your first years subscription. The invoice will contain a payment link for your to pay online using our payment partner StripeTM. Once we receive your payment we will extend the license key for a full year.

Delivery Policy (for Downloadable Digital Goods)

Tray Selector is Software, which comes with a 30 day trial period after which users may purchase a license.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your license download and installation. The receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

After the trial period is over you must either purchase a Tray Selector license or uninstall it. You can purchase any number of user licenses you need.

Each license allows a particular user to use Tray Selector on any machine within your company as agreed with the makers of Tray Selector at the time of purchase.

If you require to install for use with multiple users you must buy a license for each user that will use Tray Selector.

If you purchase Tray Selector yearly subscription your are entitled to all current and upgrades to future versions of Tray Selector for one year from the date of purchase.

We will endeavour to provide and support future versions or Microsoft Word, provide new features, and bug fixes, and will provide you with priority technical support via email while subscribed.

Tray Selector may be freely distributed subject to, but not limited to, the following terms: Tray Selector may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part of any commercial package, used or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, even if it is being distributed freely.

By installing Tray Selector you accept that it may make changes to your computer's setup. Tray Selector shall not be liable for any damages brought upon it by third parties due to intentional or unintentional changes that the software may make to your computer or connected hardware.

All commercial use interests in Tray Selector should be directed to support@trayselector.com.

The Tray Selector installation executable must be distributed in the original format, it may not have files added to it, and none of its contents may be modified, decompiled, or reverse engineered.

Tray Selector is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Tray Selector or any or its associates be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if Tray Selector team has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
